The Live Sales Analytics Dashboard started as a custom build for Pawanshree Dairy's MD — a mobile view that surfaced the day's milk procurement, dispatch, secondary sales, and farmer-payment-due numbers in one screen. He opened it dozens of times a day; it became the most-used piece of software in the company.

Three persona-based views

  • CEO / MD view (mobile-first): Today's primary and secondary sales, scheme cost trend, distributor outstanding top-10, forecast variance. The "what do I need to know in 30 seconds" view.
  • Operations head view: Beat-plan compliance heatmap, field-force productivity ranked, secondary sales by territory, scheme-claim audit log. The "what's going wrong in the field this week" view.

Does the dashboard integrate with our existing BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase)?

Yes — the analytics module exposes a read-only API and a configurable data warehouse export (CSV, Parquet, or direct connector). Clients who want to feed SalesPort data into Power BI / Tableau / Metabase / Looker for cross-system reporting can do so. The built-in dashboard is what most clients use day-to-day; BI integration is for teams with existing tooling investments.
