Built from the Pawanshree mobile dashboard
The Live Sales Analytics Dashboard started as a custom build for Pawanshree Dairy's MD — a mobile view that surfaced the day's milk procurement, dispatch, secondary sales, and farmer-payment-due numbers in one screen. He opened it dozens of times a day; it became the most-used piece of software in the company.
The productised version generalises that pattern for any FMCG or dairy distribution client. Same mobile-first design philosophy. Same focus on the metrics that actually drive daily decisions. Same drill-down depth when the headline number raises a question.

Three persona-based views
- CEO / MD view (mobile-first): Today's primary and secondary sales, scheme cost trend, distributor outstanding top-10, forecast variance. The "what do I need to know in 30 seconds" view.
- Operations head view: Beat-plan compliance heatmap, field-force productivity ranked, secondary sales by territory, scheme-claim audit log. The "what's going wrong in the field this week" view.
- Regional manager view: All of the above, filtered to the manager's territory, with drill-down to individual salespeople and retailers. The "where do I spend my Tuesday" view.
Role-based access means the same data feeds all three, but each persona sees their relevant subset. Per-client configuration is part of the deployment.
