What we actually do (and what we do not)
The digital marketing category is crowded with vendors selling "SEO services" that boil down to backlink schemes, "content marketing" that means thin AI-generated blog posts, and "social media management" that posts whatever someone has time to draft. None of this works for B2B in 2026. Here is what we do, with specifics.
Technical SEO foundation. A site that scores 90+ on Lighthouse Performance and 100 on Lighthouse SEO ranks meaningfully better than one that does not, before any content or backlink work. We start every engagement by raising the technical baseline — fixing Core Web Vitals, deploying structured data, cleaning up indexing coverage in Search Console, configuring sitemap and robots.txt properly. This usually takes 2-4 weeks and is non-negotiable; without this foundation, the content work that follows has nowhere to land.
Content engine. One long-form post per month that targets a specific keyword cluster, anchored to your operational expertise, and structured for AI-engine citation. Not 20 thin articles per month; not AI slop. A typical engagement ships 12-24 long-form pieces over 12-24 months — each piece takes 6-10 hours to write and compounds month over month. Fewer, deeper, durable.
Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO). In 2026, an increasing share of B2B research happens inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews — synthesised answers built from multiple cited sources. Being cited inside those answers is the new top-of-funnel. GEO requires: explicit factual density (numbers, dates, named clients), structured author credibility (Person schema linked to LinkedIn), comprehensive topical coverage (definitional pages + comparison pages + practical guides), and AI-crawler-friendly robots configuration. We run this as a structured engagement — content audit, schema depth review, author credibility setup, robots configuration — not a one-off optimisation.
LinkedIn organic + paid. B2B buyers research on LinkedIn before they research on Google. Personal-profile content from founders and senior team consistently out-performs company-page content by 5-10×. We coach the cadence, draft the content if helpful, measure with UTM tagging, and run paid Sponsored Content pilots when the organic baseline is healthy enough to learn from. Sponsored Content pilots typically start at Rs 20-40K per month, scaled up only when Day-30 CPL clears the kill threshold.
Conversion-rate optimisation. Traffic is half the story. The other half is what happens once visitors land. We audit funnels, identify friction points, run landing-page experiments, and ship CTA / form changes that move conversion rate. Production-tested patterns deployed where the data supports them: floating qualification modals that route traffic to the right form without friction, interaction-deferred analytics that removes TBT penalty without losing measurement, structured contact and demo flows with Cloudflare Turnstile captcha that cut form-spam to near zero.
How we measure success
Every engagement is anchored to revenue-adjacent KPIs, not vanity metrics.
Organic search traffic — but specifically conversions from organic search. Total visitor count is a leading indicator; what matters is how many of those visitors hit a conversion event (demo request, contact form, lead-magnet download). We instrument GA4 conversion events on day one and report the funnel monthly.
LinkedIn engagement quality, not quantity. Number of inbound DMs from target ICP, number of profile views from job titles you care about (CIO, COO, head of operations at companies of your target size). Not impressions, not generic engagement.
AI-engine citation rate. Quarterly checks against Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Google AI Overviews for your target queries. Citation in a synthesised answer is the 2026 equivalent of a #1 organic ranking — and it is becoming more measurable as the AI search engines mature.
Cost per qualified lead, by channel. Organic, LinkedIn organic, LinkedIn paid, Google Ads (if applicable). Reviewed monthly. Channels with CPL above your kill threshold are paused; channels with strong economics get more budget at the quarterly review.
What we charge
Foundation retainer (Rs 35,000-50,000 / month). Technical SEO foundation + 1 long-form content piece per month + monthly Search Console review + monthly performance report. Suited for early-stage businesses that need to establish baseline before scaling.
Growth retainer (Rs 60,000-1,00,000 / month). Adds GEO optimisation, LinkedIn cadence support (we draft or coach 2-3 posts per week for the founder profile), monthly content calendar with 2 long-form pieces per month, weekly check-in calls. Suited for businesses with the content rhythm established and ready to compound.
Scale retainer (Rs 1.5-2.5 Lakh / month). Adds paid pilot management (LinkedIn Sponsored Content + Google Ads), dedicated content lead, conversion-rate optimisation experiments, custom dashboards. Suited for businesses with proven product-market fit and ready to scale demand generation aggressively.
All retainers are monthly billed with a 3-month minimum commitment. Paid media spend (LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, etc.) is billed separately at media cost — no markup, no agency commission, no hidden fee.
Honest caveats
Digital marketing compounds over 6-24 months — it is not a 30-day miracle. The first 90 days are usually about establishing baseline (audit, fixes, content calendar, baseline measurement). Months 4-6 see leading indicators move (organic impressions, LinkedIn engagement). Months 7-12 see the first revenue movement. If your business cannot wait for that compounding window, paid channels are a better fit than organic — and we will tell you so up-front.
SEO is also not magic. It is engineering plus content discipline. Anyone selling you "guaranteed rank #1 in 30 days" is selling backlink schemes that will eventually get you a Google penalty. Steady, technical, content-anchored work is the only path that survives 2026's algorithm landscape — and that is what we ship.
Schedule a 30-minute marketing audit — we will walk through your current state and propose a tight 90-day plan. No follow-up "we will get back to you" theatrics.
