Common questions

Questions product + finance ask together.

Which gateway should we pick?

Depends on volume, MDR and use case. Razorpay for ease + breadth. PayU for higher-ticket B2B with NEFT/RTGS. Cashfree for marketplace payouts. Stripe if you have cross-border buyers. We don't have a kickback deal with any of them — we recommend whichever fits your numbers.

How is the integration different from just dropping in Razorpay's SDK?

Dropping the SDK takes a day. Making it production-grade takes weeks: webhook idempotency, retry on transient failures, signature verification, settlement reconciliation against the gateway dashboard, refund workflows, customer-side dispute handling, posting into Tally / SAP, and dashboards your finance team can actually trust. We ship all of that as part of the engagement.

Do you handle subscriptions and recurring billing?

Yes. UPI Autopay, eNACH, card-based subscriptions via Razorpay / PayU. We've shipped subscription billing for D2C dairy delivery (Healthways), IMROS fee-instalment plans, and B2B SaaS recurring revenue. Includes dunning workflows, retry logic and member-portal cancellation.

How are international payments handled?

Stripe for cross-border buyer payments in USD / GBP / EUR. ICICI / HDFC for FIRC documentation. NPR for Nepal — used at Sujal Dairy and Laxmi Group via local gateway partners. We handle FX, FIRC documentation and AD-bank reporting.
