How does OTP-verified deposit work?

At end of day, the salesman initiates a deposit from the SalesPort app. The head-office verifier receives an OTP on the registered mobile number, enters it against the deposit, and approves or rejects with a reason. Every action is logged — who deposited, who verified, when, where and why.

Does it support thermal printing and WhatsApp invoicing?

Yes. Cash & Crate integrates with Sunmi thermal printers for instant printed receipts at the retailer's door. The same transaction can also be shared as a PDF invoice over WhatsApp Business API — useful for retailers who prefer digital records or for follow-up reconciliation.

How is Cash & Crate priced?

Cash & Crate is bundled into your SalesPort AMC — there is no standalone licence fee. Adding the module to an existing SalesPort deployment takes 2 to 4 weeks and incurs only the implementation cost. Sunmi printer hardware is costed separately at supplier list price.
