Do you only do AWS, or Azure and GCP too?

Primary stack is AWS — that's where our 12 production products run. We have Azure deployments at education clients (BITE on Azure SQL + App Service) and GCP for select analytics workloads. We don't push a cloud — we recommend the one that fits your existing licensing, data-residency and team skills.

Can you migrate us from a different cloud or on-prem?

Yes. We've migrated from on-prem MySQL clusters to AWS RDS, from Hetzner / DigitalOcean to AWS, and from Heroku to Fargate. Migration is scoped as a separate engagement with downtime windows, rollback plan and post-migration observability baseline.

What does 'managed hosting' actually include?

Production environment in your AWS account (not ours), Terraform state we share, CI/CD wired into GitHub, observability + alerting set up with your team in the loop, monthly cost review, quarterly DR drill, named on-call for critical issues, and unlimited ad-hoc consultation during business hours.

How is this priced?

Two components: AWS bill (your account, your invoice) plus our managed-services AMC. AMC is fixed monthly, based on stack complexity and SLA tier — not per-server or per-user. Indicative range: ₹40K–₹2L/month. We share the real number after a 30-min walkthrough.
