How SalesPort looks

A web dashboard for the office. A mobile app for the field.

Managers see live KPIs on the web. Salesmen carry an Android-first app that keeps working when the mobile network drops. The same product. The same data. Always reconciled.

What SalesPort replaces

Six different tools. Now one product.

Most distribution businesses run on six different vendors held together by spreadsheets, FTP files and late-night reconciliation. SalesPort brings that work into one platform — one database, one audit trail, one team to call.

  • One database — no cross-vendor reconciliation
  • One support contract — one accountable team
  • One mobile app for the field — not six logins for each salesman

  • Field Sales App — works offline

Android-first app for daily beats, store visits, retail audit and order capture. Continues working when the mobile network drops. Tested for 11 days offline with zero data loss.

  • Beat Plans and Route Optimisation

Beat planning and route optimisation that reduces driving time, balances workload between salesmen, and lifts retailer coverage.

  • Field HRMS

GPS-based attendance, leaves, expenses, performance reviews and payroll. Built for distribution-heavy and multi-location teams.

  • Schemes and Trade Promotions

Slab, value and quantity schemes, free-goods rules, off-invoice claims and TPM analytics. Schemes apply automatically at the point of order.

  • Live Dashboards and Forecasting

How SalesPort is priced

We do not charge per user.

A one-time deployment fee. A fixed monthly AMC. That is the whole price list. Adding 50 sales people does not change your bill. You find out the real number in a 30-minute call.

  • A one-time deployment fee — declared up front, in writing, with no surprises.
  • A fixed monthly AMC. Per-user pricing does not exist in our model.
  • Live in 4 to 8 weeks, with a named delivery owner and a published timeline.
  • Source-code ownership available for enterprise contracts that require it.

Common questions

Questions buyers actually ask.

The answers below are the same ones we give on the call.

What is SalesPort and who is it for?

SalesPort is the flagship product from Sort String Solutions LLP — a Distributor Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform built for FMCG, dairy, agri-input, cattle feed, pharma, spices, paints, cosmetics, government cooperatives and multi-district dealer networks. It brings together distributor management, field sales, milk procurement, GST e-invoicing, D2C subscription and HRMS into one offline-first system. As of today, SalesPort runs at 45 enterprises with 2.3 Lakh active users, 12 Lakh daily transactions and ₹8,572 Crore of annual GMV across India and Nepal.

Is SalesPort an alternative to Bizom, FieldAssist or BeatRoute?

Yes. SalesPort is regularly evaluated as a Bizom alternative, FieldAssist alternative and BeatRoute alternative. The four reasons buyers tell us they switched: (1) a fixed monthly fee instead of per-user pricing, (2) a native milk procurement module rather than a separately licensed product, (3) production deployments in Nepal with SAP B1 / HANA integration, and (4) deployment in 4 to 8 weeks with a named owner — instead of quarter-long onboarding cycles. Side-by-side comparisons are at /compare/bizom, /compare/fieldassist and /compare/beatroute.

Does the SalesPort mobile app work without internet?

Yes. The Android SFA app is offline-first by design. Every visit, order, payment, collection and audit photograph is captured on the device first, and is synced back to the server automatically when the network returns. The longest offline window in our production deployments has been 11 days, with zero data loss. This is what makes SalesPort suitable for rural beats and pre-dawn dairy collection where the mobile network is unreliable.

How does SalesPort integrate with Tally Prime and SAP?

Both ways. SalesPort writes GST-compliant invoices, debit and credit notes and e-way bill data into Tally Prime through XML, and reads ledgers, party masters and stock back. SAP Business One / HANA integration is running in production at Sujal Dairy and Laxmi Group in Nepal. Your finance team continues to use the ERP they trust. Operations gets a system that is purpose-built for distribution.

How much does SalesPort cost?

There are two charges. A one-time deployment fee, declared up front. And a fixed monthly AMC after go-live. We deliberately do not charge per user — adding 50 sales people does not change your monthly fee. The actual numbers depend on the modules and integrations you turn on. We share the real numbers in a 30-minute walkthrough, not through a quote form.

How long does it take to go live on SalesPort?

Typical SalesPort deployments are live in 4 to 8 weeks. Every project ships with a named delivery owner, a published timeline, a UAT environment and weekly status reviews. Large multi-entity rollouts — for example a multi-state dairy federation, or a multi-vertical FMCG group — can take longer. We share the realistic timeline before signing.

Which industries does SalesPort serve?

FMCG distribution, dairy (procurement and distribution), agri-input and cattle feed, pharma (SFA pharma software), spices, paints, cosmetics and personal care, government cooperatives, and multi-district dealer networks across automotive, appliances and electronics. The same SalesPort engine, configured for each vertical’s pricing model, schemes, compliance rules and reporting needs.
