What makes Propulse Connect different from Keka, GreytHR or RazorpayX Payroll?

Does Propulse Connect handle PF, ESI and TDS automatically?

Yes. Provident Fund, Employees' State Insurance, Tax Deducted at Source, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and gratuity are computed automatically every payroll cycle, with state-wise rules built in. The platform generates the filings, payslips and Form 16 paperwork — your finance team approves, doesn't recalculate.

Does the attendance app work in the field and offline?

Yes. The Propulse Connect mobile app supports GPS-tagged selfie check-in, geo-fence rules, shift roster and overtime — and it is offline-tolerant for field staff and rural sites where the mobile network drops. Records sync automatically when connectivity returns; no double entries, no missed punches.

How does multi-client outsourced workforce billing work?

Each contractual worker is assigned a deployment record — which client site they work at, their shift, their billing rate and the contract dates. At the end of the cycle, Propulse Connect produces (a) the worker's payroll on your books and (b) the client-wise invoice from your books to each client. Three parties — agency, client and employee — see only what is relevant to them.

How is Propulse Connect priced?

Two charges. A one-time deployment fee, declared up front. And a fixed monthly AMC after go-live. We do not charge per employee — adding 500 workers does not change your monthly bill. Final pricing depends on the modules you turn on (payroll, outsourced billing, performance, etc.). We share the real numbers in a 30-minute call.

How long does it take to go live?

Typical Propulse Connect deployments for an in-house workforce go live in 4 to 6 weeks. Outsourced multi-site rollouts (agencies with multiple client locations and contracts) typically run 6 to 10 weeks. Every project ships with a named delivery owner, a published timeline, a UAT environment and weekly status reviews.
