By accessing or using the SalesPort platform and services provided by Sort String Solutions LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sort String Solutions LLP provides the SalesPort distribution management platform, including web dashboards, mobile applications, and related services as described in your service agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current, and using the platform in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The SalesPort platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Sort String Solutions LLP. Your data remains your property at all times.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sort String Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
