Is two-way Tally sync actually reliable?

Yes, when built right. Our XML integration uses idempotency keys (so retrying never creates duplicate vouchers), a server-side queue (so Tally being offline doesn't block your DMS), and a reconciliation report you can run any morning. We run this exact integration across 45+ live SalesPort + AccountBook deployments.

Do you work with Tally ERP 9 or only Tally Prime?

Tally Prime is the primary target — that's where all current customisation should sit. We support Tally ERP 9 migrations to Tally Prime as part of the engagement. Tally Server and Tally Cloud setups (TSPL hosting) are also covered.

How is this different from a generic Tally consultant?

We ship Tally integration as part of our own 12-product SaaS stack — meaning the same integration code runs in production 24×7. A generic Tally consultant might do a one-off TDL job; we operate the integration day to day for 45+ customers. That experience compresses what would be a 6-month consulting engagement into a 4–8 week deployment.

What's the engagement model?
